THE MEALWORK

The heart of every mill is the grinder. The grinder is patented because it is much more than just stones and motor. The advantage: A spring between the grinding stones prevents the loud grinding noise of the stones in the „fine“ position as soon as the grind-ing process is finished. This protects the stones and your nerves.

All mills are equipped with a special grinding stone made of corundum ceramic. This composite material was realized in 1985 together with a stone manufacturer. The grinding stone enables an effec-tive but gentle grinding technique for the vitamin-rich ground material. Corundum ceramic stones require low energy input, they are permanently rough and do not require resharpening. They grind coarse material superfine. And they are indestructible and resilient.
