Food Dispensers – FoodBin’s  

Our food dispensers are sustainably manufactured from stainless steel 1.4301 and real glass. The glass used is borosilicate glass (Duran®) and dishwasher safe. The lid is made of antibacterial pine wood. All parts are made in Germany (Bavaria).

Each food dispenser can be equipped with different orifices, so that can be varied into different spout di-ameters and therefore very many foods can be dosed without problems.

Dispensing mechanism:

It is a simple slide system where the closing also works actively by pushing back. The same principle is used in many roasting plants for filling coffee beans.

Advantage:

Easy to disassemble, easy to clean, no spring system or similar to close.

Wall mounts:

There are several ways to mount the food dispensers. For example, there are single-wall brackets for hanging and unhanging the dispenser. The dispenser can be filled separately and hung back in place. In order to simplify the installation work, there are also two-, three-, and five-brackets. Wall brackets with a collecting plate ensure a clean filling area. This way, no grain that was missed during filling can disappear into any crevices. The catch plate can be wiped dry, damp or wet.

It is also possible to mount the food dispensers on top of each other.

When installed in the shelf system, wall mounting is not required. The shelf system can also be placed freely in the room. It is also possible to arrange the food dispensers one above the other in the shelf system.

Note on food dispensers:

Some products do not have a suitable pourability to be emptied from the food dispensers without prob-lems. Please check the products for texture and pour-ability before using the food dispensers. Some prod-ucts are not suitable for use in the food dispensers.“
